Rules & Regulations Applicants must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
Applicants should be a female by birth.
Applicants must be of Malayalee origin. We will consider an applicant to be of Malayalee origin if her father or mother is a Malayalee.
Applicant can be a divorcee, widow or married (with or without children)
Applicants should be between 21 and 50 years of age as of May 2024. We will require applicants to produce proof of age and address.
Applicants must be able to communicate in Malayalam and English.
The language of communication in Grand finale would be Malayalam only.
Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy.
Applicants must never have posed for any photography, videography, or films associated with nudity or pornography, nor will she pose for such material during her reign. She must also avoid any employment that involves partial or complete nudity, both in the past and currently.
Each applicant shall enclose a “No Objection Certificate” from her husband/Guardian along with the application.
Applicants once shortlisted cannot be part of any other commercial contract or pageant.
Applicants should be at least 5 feet 1 inch tall.
Contestants shall not take up any other assignment during the pre-events, grooming, and the final event.
We will allow only the applicant inside the designated venue for the preliminaries. The organizers may change the schedule of events and qualification rounds at their discretion. The organizers will not take responsibility for the non-completion or non-occurrence of the event.
Contestants shall strictly adhere to timings as per schedule provided by the organizers.
Dropping out after selection in the audition rounds will result in a breach of contract. If you choose to drop out, you will be violating the terms of the agreement. We expect all selected participants to honor their commitment to the event. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification and other consequences outlined in the contract. Therefore, please make sure that you are fully committed before proceeding with your registration. We value dedication and look forward to your active participation in Mrs. Global 2024.
Applicants must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout, following the schedules provided.
Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants through any form, be it oral, written or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question.
Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
Costumes and materials for the audition, grooming and grand finale should be brought by the contestants.
Contestants shall make themselves available for all press meets, photo/video sessions and any other public relations exercises arranged by the organizers.
Contestants are prohibited from making any kind of interaction with the media before or during the contest, without prior permission from the organizers.
All contestants shall sign a contract for participation in the event.
All contestants (winners) must sign a 3-year contract with the organizer. The organizer will coordinate celebrity endorsements, advertisements, films, events, etc. for the winners. Winners must pay 15% of their remuneration from these endorsements, advertisements, films, and events to the organizer. During the three-year term, winners cannot sign any contract with other firms individually; they can only do so through the organizer.
We will deduct taxes at source from all prizes, along with any other taxes required by law.
Organizers will not meet any expenses with regard to telephone calls, laundry bills, additional food bills or any other expenses of personal nature of the contestants.
The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that can occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event.
The organizers will not take responsibility for the non-telecast of the event.
The winner should not participate in any other event during the time she holds the title unless authorized in writing by the organizers.
Espanio Events reserves the right to use the photographs, interviews and video footage of the contestants for sales promotion, advertising and live/recording programming.
In the event of any dispute, the organizers’ decisions will be binding on the applicant and considered final.
The courts in Cochin will have jurisdiction over all disputes.
The organizers may change the schedule of the event and rounds at their discretion.
It is mandatory that the selected contestants for finale should take part in the grooming section.
Accommodation and food will be provided to the contestants by the organizers during the grooming section.
We strictly prohibit alcohol usage during grooming sessions and the grand finale. Participants must refrain from consuming alcohol at these times to ensure professionalism and maintain the event’s integrity. Our team will enforce this rule to guarantee a positive and focused atmosphere throughout the event.
We do not allow contestants to take part in any other activities during the grooming period.
We will provide accommodation for contestants during the 4-day grooming session. Family members or relatives cannot enter the rooms.
Family members can visit the contestants between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
The contestants should be responsible for their belongings and the organizers could not be held responsible if any properties lost.
Fitness certificate issued by a reputed medical practitioner should be submitted before the grooming section.
The accommodation will be on twin sharing basis.
The contestants should strictly follow the hotel rules.
Contestants have no right to question the decision of the jury
We will take legal action against failed contestants who campaign against the organizer (Espanio Events) through social media or other media platforms.
The decision of the jury in the grand finale will be considered final.
Candidates who have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least two weeks prior, possess an RT-PCR negative certificate taken within 72 hours, or tested positive for COVID-19 more than a month ago will be allowed to participate in the event.
Selected candidates must pay grooming charges, and we will not refund these charges under any circumstances.
We will charge a registration fee of ₹1000 + GST 18%, which is non-refundable.
