Applicants must be between 21 and 50 years of age as of May 2024. Each participant needs to provide valid documents for age and address verification. We require applicants to submit proof of their age and residence during the registration process.This ensures a fair and transparent selection process for all contestants. - Applicants must be able to communicate in Malayalam and English.
- The language of communication in Grand finale would be Malayalam only.
- Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy.
- Applicants must never have, nor will she during her reign, pose for any photography, videography or sign films associated with nudity or pornography. She has never been involved, nor is she currently involved, in any form of employment that requires partial or complete nudity.
- Each applicant shall enclose a “No Objection Certificate” from her husband/Guardian along with the application.
- Applicants once shortlisted cannot be part of any other commercial contract or pageant.
- Applicants should be at least 5 feet 1 inch tall.
- Contestants shall not take up any other assignment during the pre-events, grooming, and the final event.

Only the applicant can enter the designated venue for the preliminaries.The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. The organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
- Contestants shall strictly adhere to timings as per schedule provided by the organizers.
- Dropping out after selection in the audition rounds will be treated as a breach of contract.
- Applicants must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner, strictly following the given schedules.
- Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants through any form, be it oral, written or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
- Contestants must bring their own costumes and materials for the audition, grooming sessions, and grand finale.
- Contestants shall make themselves available for all press meets, photo/video sessions and any other public relations exercises arranged by the organizers.
- Contestants must not interact with the media before or during the contest without prior permission from the organizers.
- All contestants shall sign a contract for participation in the event.
- All contestants (winners) shall sign a contract for 3 years with the organizer who will coordinate celebrity endorsements, advertisements, films, events etc. for them and winners will have to pay 15% of their remuneration to the organizer from such celebrity endorsements, advertisements, films, events etc. coordinated by the organizer. During the term of these three years winners are not allowed to sign any other contract with any other firms individually but could be done only through the organizer.

Winners must pay applicable taxes, including tax deducted at source, as required by law.
- Organizers will not meet any expenses with regard to telephone calls, laundry bills, additional food bills or any other expenses of personal nature of the contestants.
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that can occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event.
- The organizers do not take responsibility if the event is not televised.
- The winner should not participate in any other event during the time she holds the title unless authorized in writing by the organizers.
- Espanio Events may use contestants’ photos, interviews, and videos for promotions, ads, and broadcasts.
- If any dispute arises, the organizers will make the final decision, which all applicants must accept. Their judgment is final, and they will not entertain further appeals.
- The courts in Cochin will have jurisdiction over all disputes.
- The organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule and rounds at their discretion.
- It is mandatory that the selected contestants for finale should take part in the grooming section.
- Accommodation and food will be provided to the contestants by the organizers during the grooming section.
- Candidates must not consume alcohol during grooming and the grand finale.
- Contestants must not participate in any other activities during grooming.
- We will provide accommodation exclusively for contestants during the four-day grooming session. Additionally, to ensure a focused and professional environment, family members and relatives cannot enter the rooms.
- Family members can visit the contestants between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Contestants are responsible for their belongings, and the organizers will not take responsibility for any lost items.
- Contestants must submit a fitness certificate from a reputed medical practitioner before the grooming session.
- The accommodation will be on twin sharing basis.
- The contestants should strictly follow the hotel rules.
- Contestants have no right to question the decision of the jury

Failed contestants who attempt to campaign against the organizer (Espanio Events) through social media or other publicity channels will face legal action. We strictly prohibit defamatory or misleading statements that harm the reputation of the event or its organizers. Any such actions will result in appropriate legal consequences.
- The decision of the jury in the grand finale will be considered final.

- Only candidates who have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least two weeks prior, those with an RT-PCR negative certificate taken within the last 72 hours, or those who have recovered from COVID-19 with a positive result more than a month old can attend the event.
- The selected candidates will have to pay grooming charges which will not be refunded at any cost.
- The registration fee of ₹1000 plus 18% GST is non-refundable.
